Rye will celebrate the Midwestern foods that chefs Megan and Colby Garrelts grew up eating like succulent smoked pork chops, aged steaks, baby back ribs, fried chicken, vegetables just off the stove, Parker House rolls, freshly-made seasonal pies, fruit cobblers, and icebox cakes to name a few. Their food at Rye will take traditional dishes and give them a chef’s point of view while preserving the important heritage of the dish.
