Loose Park

The loose park is one of the oldest and most historically significant parks in Kansas City with 75 acres of land. Its big and green areas put it on top of the list when it comes to spending some time in nature. This park includes a garden of 4000 roses and many rolling hills. The park is home to the famous Rose garden, several ponds, Shelters and historical markers from the battle of Westport. Loose Park is one of the prettiest and amazing natural places to enjoy the outdoors and also do some functions like Graduation, engagement and photo shoots.

Berkley Riverfront Park

The 17-acre park is located on the south bank of the Missouri River between the Kit Bond Bridge and Heart of America Bridge. It is best known for its big events and great place to go for an outdoor. The mesmerizing view of the river will give you a soothing feeling as you explore and do your biking, running and picnicking. The park includes all sort of interesting segments such as the Riverfront heritage trail, Riverfront fitness, Sand volleyball courts and Town of Kansas bridge.


Swope Park

Swope Park is one of Kansas City's time-honored treasures and largest park with 1805 acres. Aside the big amazing Zoo, rentable shelters, the Starlight Theater, a soccer complex, a golf course, hiking trails, and a mountain bike trail are all crammed into this mesmerizing park. The Swope park is said to be the "crown jewel of the KC parks."

Historic Hyde Park

Hyde Park was started in the late 1880s as a private park by real estate developers who were creating a neighborhood of high-priced residences. Landscape Architect George Kessler was hired in 1888 to create a park in an area in a ravine with limestone outcroppings and tangled undergrowth. In 1915 Hyde Park was noted by local naturalist Albert Shirling as having sixty-one out of seventy known varieties of American trees.


Penn Valley Park

Penn Valley Park is a 176-acre park overlooking the downtown of Kansas City, Missouri. It contains several famous landmarks including The Scout statue, the Liberty Memorial, National World War I Museum. It is home to a 3-acre lake, off-leash dog park, skate park, 2-mile exercise trail, tennis courts and ball fields. Penn Valley Park was originally deveoped in 1904 on land through which the Santa Fe Trail had passed.

English Landing Park

English Landing Park is a 68-acre facility with several amenities, including three miles of walking trails, a large playground area, a boat ramp, picnic shelters, sand volleyball court and a disc golf course. The park is sure to satisfy anyone wanting to take advantage of the great outdoors.


Macken Park

A 60-acre public park offering tennis, basketball, soccer & baseball facilities, plus playgrounds. Located at the corners of Clark Ferguson Drive and Howell Street and just 5 minutes north of downtown KC, this beautifully maintained 60 acre park is home to a variety of park activities such as walking, jogging, picnicking and several other forms of recreation. It features a tree lined 1 mile paved walking / jogging circuit with fitness stops along the way. It also has numerous ball fields, recreation areas and playgrounds.
