Stock Hill Kansas City Steakhouse
Stock Hill's 14,000-square-foot space at 4800 Main St. in Kansas City seats 330 and features 25-foot-tall ceilings and a wrap-around bar that seats 34. There's also an outdoor patio and three private dining rooms. Stock Hill features wet- and dry-aged steaks that start out on a wood-fired grill and finish in a 1,500-degree over-under broiler, which retains the juices and creates a nice sear.
Stock Hill opened in December, 2017, inside the former Kansas City Board of Trade Building and told its staff it had one goal: become the best steakhouse in the Midwest
Innovative appetizers like lobster gratin with BBQ-ranch pork rinds and pickled cherry peppers give way to a selection of steaks both wet- and dry-aged that offer some next-level customization options like wasabi chimichurri, porcini rub, and a house signature blend of blue cheese, bacon and walnuts.
