Longview Lake offers 930 acres of water excitement. Pontoon and Bass Boat rentals are available at Longview Lake Marina. Before you shove off, stock up on bait, ice cream, and other essentials at the full-service marina. Overnight boat slip rentals are also available. The marina staff are there to make your day. If you’re looking for a unique kid’s birthday party idea, ask about booking a Pirate Cruise. A corporate team building event perhaps? Our team is full of great ideas to make your day a success.
Longview Lake Beach is open from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day. Admission is just $5 for adults and $3 for kids and seniors. Season passes and group rates are also available. NEW THIS YEAR to Longview Beach is the Rowdy Ribbits Water Sports Park offering an inflatable obstacle course. Fee is $20/hour plus beach admission. Longview Lake Beach is also host to Silver Screen on the Sand, offering first-run family friendly movies on a giant inflatable screen. Plan to see Disney’s Moana, June 15; Disney Pixar’s Coco, July 13; and Wonder, August 10. Admission is just $5 per car. Gates open at 7:30 pm. Showtime is around 9 pm or dusk. Bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating. Concessions are available.
Longview Lake Park is one of four lakes and 15 parks that are managed by Jackson County Parks + Rec. With just over 22,000 acres, Jackson County Parks + Rec is the third largest county park system in the country, attracting over 1.4 million visitors each year.
